Daniel “Danny” Nagel was born and raised in Clayton County, Georgia. He graduated from Georgia State University cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in law. He graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School where he served for two years as an editor on law review.
He began his legal career doing public defense work in Henry County where he gained valuable trial experience. He then became an Assistant District Attorney for the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office. There, he conducted jury trials including: rape, murder, trafficking, and armed robbery. He was the only attorney to write his own appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals as well as the Supreme Court of Georgia. He represented the State of Georgia in oral arguments in the Court of Appeals on a 4th Amendment case in 2018.
Danny began his work in personal injury in a small firm in Norcross. There, he handled over 1,000 cases from pre-litigation through litigation. He was personally responsible for over $5 million dollars in settlements for clients throughout the state of Georgia.
Danny began working for Bader Scott Injury Lawyers in October 2018. Since then he has overseen hundreds of cases. He and his team work with clients getting the necessary treatment to recover from their injuries and guiding them through the litigation process.
Danny has a passion to help injured people as well as being an advocate in the Spanish community. Working at Bader Scott Injury Lawyers allows him to accomplish both of his passions.
Danny still resides in Clayton County with his wife and two children.
