Morgan McFall

Morgan McFall was born and raised in Rome, Georgia. She graduated from Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Pre-Law. Following college, Morgan attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law where she graduated in May 2020. While in law school, Morgan was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board where she participated in trial and arbitration competitions. Also in law school, Morgan was an active member in the Georgia Student Bar Association and Women in Law Organization. Prior to attending law school, Morgan worked as a clerk at a criminal defense firm in Saint Augustine, Florida that specialized in death row appeals. During law school, Morgan clerked for a family law firm, a commercial real estate firm and a personal injury firm.
Morgan began working for Bader Scott Injury Lawyers in June 2019 as one of the firm’s first law clerks in the Workers’ Compensation department. Upon graduating from law school, Morgan was hired full-time at Bader Scott where she began advocating for clients in the litigation department. Since she began, she has helped represent clients in all aspects of their case, while building a strong legal understanding and foundation and creating many relationships with clients.
Morgan’s greatest strengths are her compassion, her ability to listen, and her perseverance for her clients. She is passionate about helping those who are injured and struggle to help themselves.
Morgan currently resides in Buckhead with her fiancé, Nick, who she met in law school. In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors with her rescue dog, Bandit, and spending time with family and friends.
