Timothy M. Klob

Timothy Klob has over 20 years of experience as a workers’ compensation attorney. Prior to assuming his current role with Bader Scott Injury Lawyers, he was managing partner for a personal injury law firm in Walton County where he represented injured workers and also served as a part-time judge with the Gwinnett County Magistrate Court.
Mr. Klob obtained his law degree from Georgia State University and his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. While in law school, Tim worked as a transportation planner with the Georgia Department of Transportation and earned his license as a Professional Engineer.
Mr. Klob is a retired Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel with over 20 years of service in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. His assignments in the Army included representing wounded warriors in medical disability hearings at Fort Hood, Texas and providing legal assistance to Soldiers and their families at Fort Benning, Georgia.
Mr. Klob has been selected for the Georgia Super Lawyers list, a rating service of outstanding lawyers for which no more than five percent of lawyers in each state are selected each year. Tim has previously served as president of the Walton County Bar Association and currently serves as an advisory board member for Armed Forces Mission, a nonprofit ministry focused on suicide prevention and intervention for veterans.
In his free time, Tim enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his family and rescue dogs.
