James Brennan Doyle

James Brennan Doyle brings years of experience in disability advocacy, workers’ compensation, and dedicated community service to his role as Associate Attorney at Bader Scott Injury Lawyers. With a comprehensive educational background and a strong foundation in administrative law, Doyle brings both fine-tuned expertise and empathy to the table.
Doyle’s affinity for informed community advocacy and deft navigation of administrative law were honed first during his years of legal education. After earning his bachelor’s degree in sociology at The College of New Jersey in Trenton, NJ, he moved on to a dual degree in law and regional planning. While working towards his juris doctorate from Western New England University in Springfield, MA, and master’s degree in regional planning from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst at hand, Doyle served as a federal workers’ compensation legal advocate for the American Postal Workers Union Local 497.
After offering technical planning assistance to communities as an Associate Planner with the State of Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Doyle honed in on his twin areas of legal expertise: Georgia workers’ compensation and Social Security disability law. Since 2008, Doyle has represented both disabled and injured individuals as a Social Security disability advocate for organizations like Assure Disability and Freedom Disability. He has also advocated tirelessly for Georgia workers, handling all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from sign-up to trial as an Associate Attorney at several different law firms.
Doyle’s extensive background in disability law and workers’ advocacy is informed in part by his service on the boards of justice-minded organizations such as Sisterlove, Inc., a West Atlanta-based nonprofit aimed at eradicating the impact of HIV/AIDS. As Treasurer of Neighborhood Planning Unit L in the Vine City and English Avenue Communities, Doyle has brought both his sociology training and legal knowledge to bear on his community-based work.
