JJ Timmons
JJ Timmons serves as a workers’ compensation lawyer for Bader Scott Injury Lawyers.
Mr. Timmons was born in Montclair, NJ, but his studies took him to many different states. He attended Ohio Wesleyan University in 1992 for his undergraduate degree, and then he went on to graduate from Johnson and Wales University in 1995. He couldn’t imagine doing anything other than practicing law. In 2000, he graduated from Mercer University with his JD.
He began his legal career with Cruser and Mitchell in 2000. Now, he brings decades of experience to his clients and their families at Bader Scott Injury Lawyers. His repertoire of legal practice areas includes general liability, personal injury, and workers’ compensation, and he has fought for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Through such extensive experience, he has honed a pragmatic, professional, courteous approach to personal injury cases. His greatest concern when fighting for an accident victim is that they understand the legal process and feel comfortable throughout it, which is why he strives for accessibility and honesty. He doesn’t back down when it comes to securing fair compensation, either. In a recent case involving an auto collision, he secured his client and their family $295,000.
His passion for law is paralleled only by that for his family. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two cats.
