Matthew Gilbo
Workers Compensation Attorney
Matthew Gilbo began working for Bader Scott Injury Lawyers in December 2019 as a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation department. Since he began, he has overseen hundreds of cases and represented clients in all aspects of their case; from the initial sign up all the way to trial. Matthew is a former insurance defense attorney where he gained trial experience as well as a vast understanding of how insurance companies work.
Matthew was born and raised in Wyandotte, Michigan. He graduated from Georgia College and State University with honors in 2015, where he majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Philosophy. Matthew attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law where he graduated cum laude in 2019. While in law school, Matthew worked with the Habeas Project where he handled pro se cases Criminal pending before the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
Matthew’s greatest strengths are his compassion, his knowledge for the law and his ability to negotiate the best outcome for his clients. He has a passion for helping those who are injured and unable to help themselves.
Matthew currently resides in Sandy Springs, Georgia. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys hikes with his dog Finley and spending time with his family.
