David Byrd

David Byrd was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon graduating from high school, David attended Morehouse College, where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, with honors. He was one of the few students who had the honor of attending Morehouse College through the Presidential Scholarship.

After graduation, David attended the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia. David graduated from University of Georgia School of Law in 2014 and returned to Atlanta to serve his community. He began his legal career as a member of the largest criminal defense law firm in Georgia. He was able to apply his legal knowledge and passion for justice through the defense of his clients. As a result, David secured several dismissals and victories at trial. During his tenure at the firm, David tried dozens of jury trials and gained invaluable experience in the courtroom. David became a Lead Attorney, where he was responsible for managing and developing attorneys in the courtroom. After leaving this defense firm, David practiced insurance defense for one of the largest insurance companies in the country. Here, he continued his passion for litigation and trial advocacy. David tried multiple jury trials at this insurance defense firm and secured multiple favorable results.

David joined Bader Scott Injury Lawyers in January 2020. He seeks to continue to provide all clients with great service and the care that they deserve.

David still lives in Atlanta. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and checking out restaurants throughout the city.
