John Corbally

John Corbally joined Bader Scott in January 2020, as a member of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department. He has been practicing workers’ compensation law for nearly twenty years. Prior to joining Bader Scott, he worked at a small claimant’s firm in Atlanta and prior to that he worked at a large insurance defense firm representing insurance companies and their employers in claims throughout the state of Georgia. As such, he is familiar with all aspects of the claim process and litigation procedures.

Originally from Poughkeepsie, New York, John and his family relocated to Georgia after he completed law school. He attended Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, where he graduated with a  B.A. degree in Philosophy. He later earned an M.A. degree in Philosophy from Boston College. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond.
