Kimberly Perkins

Kimberly Perkins was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. Most of her legal experience involves representing clients who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents.
Kimberly’s educational background led the way for her to become a trial lawyer. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Then, she moved on to the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. She gained her Master of Laws degree at the University of Alabama School of Law.
With licenses to practice law in Alabama, Georgia, and Washington D.C., Kimberly has worked with clients to secure jury verdicts after they sustained injuries in motor vehicle accidents. She has also helped clients win cases involving assault and battery. In 2021, Kimberly presented oral arguments to the Georgia Supreme Court.
Clients of Kimberly’s can benefit from her multi-jurisdictional experience. Kimberly does not back down in helping clients achieve positive case results, and her understanding of car accident cases allows her to empathize with her clients. She is communicative about what clients can expect throughout the legal process.
Kimberly is a member of several notable organizations, including the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, the American Association of Justice Minority Caucus, the American Association of Justice Women’s Caucus, and the Birmingham Bar Association.
