Mike Foglio
Senior Associate Attorney
Mike Foglio was inspired by his hardworking parents and grandparents to become an attorney. “They’ve inspired me to be a positive force for the people and the communities I serve,” Mike says. “Their success and happiness has always been measured by their positive impact on others.” Mike understands the importance of kindness, honesty, and compassion while working to get the best results for his clients. He is proud to have earned the trust and confidence of Georgia’s workforce and feels that there’s nothing more exciting than giving hope, then delivering concrete results.
Mike has been a workers’ compensation claimant attorney since 2011. He has well-developed criminal defense, personal injury, and civil rights litigation skills. As part of the Trial Support Division of the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia, Mike developed prosecution training modules and helped to modernize uniform state litigation manuals. As a legal intern, he provided pro bono service as a victim’s advocate in domestic violence cases.
Mike graduated from Mercyhurst University with a BA in political science and received his law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
His bar admissions include the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is certified in General Civil Mediation by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, holds GCIC Security and Integrity Certification from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and completed the U.S. Department of Justice, State and Local Anti-Terrorism Training Program. He is a member of the Georgia Italian American Bar Association and Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International.
