Zachery Podenski
Zachary Podenski started his legal career in 2009 when he worked as an intern at the Fulton County Public Defender. He was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota.
Zachary has always had a passion for justice, balance, and accountability, which drove him to become an attorney. He attended the University of Minnesota Duluth to earn his B.A. in History and Political Science with a minor in Economics. He studied law at the John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.
Since beginning his career as a lawyer, Zachary has gained years of experience working in several areas of law, including criminal defense and personal injury. He believes both the injured and accused parties deserve strong legal representation to advocate for them. This belief led him to take a multifaceted approach to his career as an attorney. He has represented clients on both the defense and plaintiff’s sides in criminal and personal injury cases.
Attorney Podenski has litigated several types of criminal cases, including those involving felony drug charges, theft, sex crimes, and murder. He has stood up for hundreds of clients, representing them from their first appearance to trial and appeals. He has also guided personal injury clients through their cases, handling pre-lawsuit investigations, service and discovery, substantive motions, and bench and jury trials.
Zachary puts his clients first, giving them the information they need to make decisions about their cases. He believes in providing open communication and referencing past case results to help clients achieve their goals. When he is away from work, Zachary enjoys spending time with his wife, Christina, their children, Carlo and Marie, and their dog, Olive. He also hikes, plays golf, and watches sports.
